In planning

Our team's game records become my basketball story

We're planning a service that turns amateur basketball game stats into player cards and a lasting personal record. Keep captain-verified stats on your own card and carry your basketball history with you, even if you change teams.

This is the direction we are exploring. Features, launch timing, and pricing have not been finalized.

Your game ends. Your record stays.

We are designing a place to bring game results out of messages and notes, keep them as team records, and connect them to each player’s basketball journey.

Game records the team builds together

We envision a space for amateur teams that play regularly. Players enter their own stats, while captains and organizers review the full game record.

Verified stats on a player card

The plan is to turn captain-verified game stats into player cards you can save and share, with points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, and three-pointers made.

A record that follows you between teams

We plan to keep player profiles separate from team memberships, so verified stats and the team you played for remain part of your history even when you move.

How a game becomes a lasting record

At first, we want to see whether teams can repeat the full flow—from invitations to verified stats and shared cards.

  1. Create a team and invite players

A captain creates the team, and players join through an invitation link.

  2. Log the game and stats

Add the date, opponent, participating players, and individual stats.

  3. Captain review and verification

Review submitted stats and show clearly which ones have been verified.

  4. Player cards and career stats

Share verified stats as a card and add them to the player’s profile.

0.1.0

Photo customization, MVP voting, and career statistics

  • Note: This is commit history for a prototype using mock data, without real authentication or a backend. Inputs are temporarily stored in the browser session.
  • Added: Photo examples and on-device background removal. Choose the original or cutout, then adjust position and size using dragging, sliders, or corner handles. Keep the original if no person is detected.
  • Improved: Refined photo and name-banner layering so photos do not cover statistics. The page behind customization and region dialogs no longer scrolls while they are open.
  • Added: Four-step game and training entry: details, participants, player statistics, and score review. Supports 5-on-5 and 3-on-3, simple and detailed modes, made/missed shot buttons, automatic scoring, and undo.
  • Added: Admin record editing and deletion, member records, cards, growth, and activity histories, recording permissions, and duplicate-activity checks. Added ownership transfer and account-deletion flows.
  • Added: Five card tiers based on participation experience, MVP voting by game participants, special cards for MVPs, personal bests, double-doubles, and 20-point games, plus an ON FIRE badge.
  • Changed: Replaced season labels with career totals. Career-average cards show average points, rebounds, assists, and shooting percentages; recent-game and special cards show that game’s statistics.
  • Improved: My Growth shows scoring over the last ten games, shooting percentages, per-game statistics, and personal bests. Tap a selected special card again or outside it to return to the career card.

Card customization and personal activity areas

  • Added: Customize cards without photos using jersey or large-number graphics. Added a customization dialog for jersey colors and personal photos.
  • Changed: Search for team activity areas by city or district. Choose a personal area during signup or card editing and display it on the player card.
  • Improved: Experience and levels are calculated from confirmed game and training records, reflecting confirmations, edits, and deletions. Confirmed personal records and growth history remain in the same browser session after leaving a team.
  • Added: Terms and privacy pages. Failed saves preserve input and offer a retry.
  • Fixed: Editing sample team details without logging in could fail to save.
  • Note: This prototype uses mock data and temporary browser storage, without real accounts or a backend.

The first player card and team records prototype

  • Added: Start, login, personal and admin signup, team creation, and invite-link flows, with home screens for team admins, members, and individuals without a team.
  • Added: Activity lists, entry, details, and review screens, including member-submitted records and admin confirmation.
  • Added: Player-card averages, recent-game views, image saving, and screens for team details, invite codes, admin assignment, and member removal.
  • Changed: Gave player cards sharper corners and replaced photos on start, login, and signup sample cards with numbered jerseys.
  • Note: This first prototype has no real authentication or backend. It uses mock data; inputs and login state are temporarily stored in the browser and disappear when the tab closes.
